#1 I contacted Stefan at Sunrise Construction LLC last month for a proposed patio cover to our home in Sherwood. Within 2-Weeks The Project Was Complete. Delayed Due To Me, He Started & Completed The Project In 3-Days. Would Have Probably Been Two Other Tan We Had Thunder Showers One Day. Not One Issue Regarding Professionalism, Timeliness, Price, Or Quality Of Workmanship. He and His Family Take Great Pride In Doing What They Do & In Doing It Well. It Was As Though He Was Working On His Own House. I’ve Had Several Comments From Neighbors & Friends That Have Asked For His Card. Just A Few Finishing Touches & My Back Yard Enjoyment Can Begin! We Cannot Say Enough Regarding How Great Sunrise Construction LLC Is. I Wish All Contractors Were This Easy To Work With (And We’ve Had A Few As We Custom Built Our Home).

#2 I wholeheartedly recommend Sunrise Construction and Stefan for your next deck or fence. They built a beautiful deck for me in Lake Oswego (with very strict building codes). It is so solid that I could park a car on it. Not only are they very reasonably priced, but the work is excellent. They take pride in their work. And, Stefan is honest and simply a nice guy! I would definitely work with Sunrise again (it will have to be a fence, because my new deck will last much longer than the house).

#3 I purchased a physically distressed house in SW Portland a few months ago, that was in dire need of significant repair in several areas. It’s never easy finding good contractors to work with on one task, let alone multiple ones. When I first contacted Stefan, he answered the phone promptly, and we made an appointment to meet onsite. He arrived on time, and was completely ready to talk business. Within a very short time, he, and his excellent crew were hard at work on the first of two very large decks. From start to finish, Stefan was thoroughly professional, extremely courteous and polite, and an absolute pleasure to work with. He has a natural sense of workmanship, a very confident nature when working with inspectors, and a keen creative eye. Upon completion of the second deck, and a number of smaller building violation corrections, Stefan signed off within a very satisfactory timeframe.
